Information and purpose
The form collects your name, email, optional company, service preference, and message to respond to your inquiry and discuss a project. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information. An inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Email correspondence
We use email only for individual replies to incoming inquiries, requested proposals, and correspondence about a project. Our planned Amazon SES use is limited to this correspondence, with an expected volume of a few messages per day. We do not use it for bulk marketing, unsolicited outreach, or sending campaigns on behalf of clients.
Cookies and security
The form uses a temporary security session cookie and a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit abuse. Hosting systems may keep access and security logs. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Providers and retention
Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the site, potentially outside Canada. We retain correspondence as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting relationship, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Your choices
